EMR98 Compact Lite was developed especially for cleaning diesel particulate filters and exhaust emission filters.It easily cleans diesel particulate filters and exhaust emission filters with its unique 2-stage method. It automatically completes DPF and catalytic cleaning with special cleaning programs and guides the operator.
Hot water and air shock tank creates a hydrodynamic effect. You can clean with either hot or cold water. Our company recommends cleaning with 50 C hot water. A minimum of 13 tons of water per hour is pumped into the DPF by its special pump, which easily completes the DPF cleaning.
Stage 2 thermal cleaning ends the DPF & catalytic cleaning, and if there is any dirt left in the DPF & catalytic, it is also cleaned at this stage.
With its special components, our machine performs DPF & catalytic back pressure tests before and after cleaning and prints them with its own printer.
